1. Menyatakan Terdakwa RONALD SIMANGUNSONG BIN LEPI SIMANGUNSONG, terbukti secara sah dan meyakinkan bersalah melakukan tindak pidana ???DENGAN SENGAJA MENGEDARKAN SEDIAAN FARMASI TANPA IJIN EDAR???;
2. Menjatuhkan pidana pada Terdakwa oleh karena itu, dengan pidana penjara selama 1 (satu) bulan dan denda sebesar Rp. 5.000.000,- (lima juta rupiah), dengan ketentuan apabila denda tersebut tidak dibayar maka diganti dengan pidana kurungan selama 1 (satu) bulan;
3. Menetapkan masa penahanan yang telah dijalani Terdakwa dikurangkan seluruhnya dari pidana yang dijatuhkan ;
