1. Menyatakan terdakwa A L W Y N terbukti secara sah dan meyakinkan bersalah melakukan tindak pidana ?dengan sengaja mengedarkan sediaan farmasi yang tidak memiliki izin edar?;
2. Menjatuhkan pidana terhadap terdakwa A L W Y N oleh karena itu dengan pidana penjara selama 2 (dua) bulan dan denda sebesar Rp.2.500.000,- (dua juta lima ratus ribu rupiah), apabila denda tersebut tidak dibayar diganti dengan pidana kurungan selama 1 (satu) bulan;
3. Menetapkan masa penahanan yang telah dijalani terdakwa dikurangkan seluruhnya dari pidana yang dijatuhkan;
4. Memerintahkan agar terdakwa dikeluarkan dari Tahanan Rumah;
