    1. Menyatakan Terdakwa DONI CANDRA WIJAYA Alias DONI Alias CHIA LE terbukti secara sah dan meyakinkan bersalah melakukan tindak pidana ?dengan sengaja mengedarkan sediaan farmasi yang tidak memiliki izin edar?, Sebagaimana dalam dakwaan Penuntut Umum;
    2. Menjatuhkan pidana terhadap Terdakwa oleh karena itu dengan pidana penjara selama 1 (satu) bulan dan pidana denda sebesar Rp.5.000.000,- (lima juta rupiah) dengan ketentuan apabila denda tidak dibayar maka diganti dengan pidana kurungan selama 1 (satu) bulan
    3. Menetapkan masa penangkapan dan penahanan yang dijalani Terdakwa dikurangkan seluruhnya dari pidana yang dijatuhkan;
    4. Memerintahkan agar Terdakwa di tahan;
