MENJUAL MINUMAN BERALKOHOL BERBAGAI JENIS YAITU JENIS GILLBEYS, WHISKY DRUM, BALIMON, ICELAND VODKA, JINDRO GRAPERUIT, GOD DAY/KOREAN SOJU, ANGGUR KOLESUM, ANGGUR KETAN HITAM, PANTHER BALCK, NEWPORT POSION BLUE, ANGGUR MERAH, SINGARAJA, PROST BER, BALIHAI ?........................................................
2. Menghukum Terdakwa ARNO alias JI oleh karena itu dengan pidana denda sebesar Rp. 5.000.000,- (lima juta rupiah) apabila denda tidak dibayar diganti dengan pidana kurungan selama 3 ( bulan) ;..................................................................................................................................................
3. Memerintah agar barang bukti berupa :

• 8 (delapan) Botol minuman beralkohol jenis WHISKY DRUM 250 MLL ;
• 5 (lima) Botol minuman beralkohol jenis BALIMON ;
• 15 (lima belas) Botol minuman beralkohol jenis ICELAND VODKA 700 MLL dan 1 (satu) ukuran 500 ML;
• 11 (sebelas) Botol minuman beralkohol jenis JINDRO GRAPERUIT Merah ;
• 18 (delapan belas) Botol minuman beralkohol jenis GOD DAY / KOREAN SOJU ;
• 81 (delapan puluh satu) Botol minuman beralkohol jenis ANGGUR COLESON;
• 10 (sepuluh) Botol minuman beralkohol jenis ANGGUR KETAN HITAM ;
• 408 (empat ratus delapan) Botol minuman beralkohol jenis PANTHER BALCK;
