Menyatakan Terdakwa SIGIT TRI UTOMO BIN (ALM) TEGUH WIYONO tersebut diatas, terbukti secara sah dan meyakinkan bersalah melakukan tindak pidana ?memproduksi dan mengedarkan Sediaan Farmasi yang tidak memenuhi standar dan/atau persyaratan keamanan, khasiat/kemanfaatan, dan mutu? sebagaimana dalam dakwaan kesatu;

2. Menjatuhkan pidana terhadap Terdakwa oleh karena itu dengan pidana penjara selama 4 (empat) bulan;

3. Menetapkan masa penahanan yang telah dijalani Terdakwa dikurangkan seluruhnya dari pidana yang dijatuhkan;

4. Menetapkan Terdakwa tetap ditahan;
