    Catatan Amar M E N G A D I L I :DALAM EKSEPSI:- Menolak eksepsi Tergugat untuk seluruhnya;DALAM POKOK PERKARA:1. Mengabulkan gugatan Para Penggugat untuk sebagian;2. Menyatakan batal demi hukum atas segala kontrak kerja yang terjadi antara Para Penggugat dan Tergugat selama hubungan kerja berlangsung; 3. Menyatakan hubungan kerja yang terjadi antara Para Penggugat dengan Tergugat yang sebelumnya adalah hubungan kerja berdasarkan perjanjian kerja waktu tertentu demi hukum berubah menjadi hubungan perjanjian kerja waktu tidak tertentu;4. Menetapkan hubungan kerja yang terjadi antara Para Penggugat dan Tergugatdimulai saat hubungan kerja berlangsung pertama kali dan berakhir sejak diucapkan atau dibacakannya putusan ini;5.
