1.Menyatakan TerdakwaFERIANDI Bin SYAMSUARDItersebutdi atas, terbuktisecara sah dan meyakinkan bersalah melakukan tindak pidana,??DENGAN SENGAJA MENGEDARKAN KOSMETIK YANG MENGANDUNG BAHAN YANG TIDAK MEMENUHI STANDAR DAN ATAU PERSYARATAN KEAMANAN, KHASIAT, KEMANFATAN DAN MUTU??.sebagaimana dalam dakwaan Tunggal.

2.Menjatuhkan pidana kepada TerdakwaFERIANDI Bin SYAMSUARDI oleh karena itu dengan pidana penjara selama : 8 (delapan) bulan dan denda sebesar Rp. 20.000.000,-( dua puluh juta rupiah) Subsidair 1 (satu) bulan Kurungan ;

3.Menetapkan masa penangkapan dan penahanan yang telah dijalani Terdakwa dikurangkan seluruhnya dari pidana yang dijatuhkan.

4.Menetapkan agar Terdakwa tetap ditahan.
