  sekitar pukul23.30 wib saksi TRI KURNIAWAN dan saksi M ZAIN SAIDI mendatangi rumahterdakwa dan berhasil melakukan penangkapan terhadap terdakwa dan pada saatdilakukan penggeledahan ditemukan barang bukti berupa Narkotika jenis ganjasebanyak 6 (enam) paket dengan berat brutto + 18,9 gram didalam sebuah sepatuboots warna hitam bagian sebalh kanan dengan tali sepatu warna merah yangditerima terdakwa secara gratis dari sdr RUDOPO yang kemudian diterima olehtedakwa dan disimpan didalam sebuah sepatu boots

  warna hitam dan selanjutnyaterdakwa dengan barang bukti 6 (enam) paket dengan berat brutto + 18,9 gram,1(satu) buah sepatu boots warna hitam dengan tali sepatu warna merah dan 1 (Satu)unit handphone Samsung warna putin dengn Sim Card 08997363660 dibawa kekantor polisiBahwa terdakwa tidak memperoleh ijin dari pihak berwenang manapun dalammenyimpan dan memiliki narkotika jenis Ganja tersebutBahwa berdasarkan Berita Acara Pemeriksaan Laboratoris No. 414 AB/II/2017/BALAI LAB NARKOBA tanggal 20 Februari

  ZAIN SAIDI dengan cara mengetuk dan oleh terdakwa pintudibukakan kemudian kedua saksi memperkenalkan dirinya sebagai Polisi dari SatNarkoba Polres Bekasi lalu dilakukan penggeledahan terhadap badan terdakwa danrumah tersebut dan akhirnya dari dalam Sepatu Boots warna hitam dengan tali sepatuHalaman 12 dari 16 Putusan Nomor 619/Pid.B/2017.
