When thedifference between the Assay results of the parties for copper,gold and silver is within the splitting limits designated below, theexact mean of the Assays shall be the settlement Assay.
    Buyer shall havethe right, exercisable by notice in writing given not later than sixty(60) days after the completion of sampling in accordance withArticle 10, to exchange Assays with Seller for any one or more ofthe impurities which have been subject to penalties, pursuant toparagraph 8.5. From the composite sample held by Seller andBuyer, each party, at its own expense, shall Assay each of thedesignated impurities.
